I’m a healthcare communications leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming complex medical information into clear, compelling stories that truly empower patients. I’ve designed impactful disease-specific programs, produced live and virtual events across the globe, and created content that answers the questions patients didn’t even know to ask.

In my current role as Co-Founder of Health Content Collective, I lead the strategy, development, and execution of patient education programs that foster better care outcomes. I ensure every project is tailored to resonate with its audience and exceeds expectations, while also driving business development, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. In my prior work on a digital healthcare platform, I helped launch the organization and grow it into a trusted, well-respected resource for patients worldwide. I built systems to efficiently and effectively host both online and in-person events — managing everything from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution.

With Feminess, my goal is to channel that experience — along with my personal commitment and the energy of an incredible team of like-minded leaders — to create real change in women’s health. I believe that great healthcare starts with great communication, and I’m committed to making sure women have the knowledge and actionable tools they need to get the care they deserve.

I graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me in a yoga class, planning travel to satisfy my severe case of wanderlust, or happily tinkering in a spreadsheet (proud third-grade “Diligence in Schoolwork” award winner here!).
